Basic Package (for children 3 years+) at a 4-hour event includes: |
| 1) | Contact your guests: get info about children to be attending (age, gender, activities, hobbies, special needs, any other pertinent information) |
| 2) | Set up all activities: hide treasures, set up activities table, set up outdoor games/activities; set up indoor games/activities |
| 3) | Supervisors provided by "Weddings with Kids" |
| 4) | Clean up of 'Weddings with Kids' games and activities |
| Photo package: We'll take multiple pictures of the children engaged in activities
and put them up on a website dedicated to your wedding/event. We'll contact all of the parents of participating
children and give them your exclusive web address. Parents can download these pictures. One photo album for the
bride and groom of the kids engaged in activities at the wedding. |
| Activities: | |
| • | Treasure hunt - with 8-10 treasures for each child. |
| • | Activities table - children draw, color and make art projects. |
| • | Campfire or candlelight (evenings only) - with taped Native American stories and tales. |
| • | Outdoor games/activities: individual skill games, pair games (catch with special gear);
squirt gun target practice. |
| Babysitters for infants are available at an additional charge. Parents need to provide baby
food, formula, diapers and strollers/bassinets. |
