We have an extensive "food tasting" during our annual wedding fair where you will have an opportunity to choose entrees, platters, and hor d'oeuvres for the reception, and flavors, icings, and fillings for your wedding cake.
After the wedding fair we conduct private tastings of side dishes and salads in order to finalize your menu.
When the menu is finalized you will be invoiced for one-half of the total bill.
The balance is not due until you have your final guest count, usually 10 to 30 days before the event.
At this time we also determine and collect for your rental of tables, chairs, china, linen and silverware. |
