Cakes

Brides Batter - Soft, light and airy. Comes in white or chocolate.

Marbled - White and chocolate brides batter cakes swirled together.

Geniose - A classical French cake made from almond flour (tant pour tant) and Swiss meringue. Makes a light, flavorful cake.

Jaconde - A classical French cake made from egg yolks and Swiss meringue. Available in yellow and chocolate.

Carrot Cake - Made with carrot, walnuts and brown sugar.

Special Request - If you have a particular type of cake you want made, let us know, and we will make it.

Icings

Swiss Butter Cream - The Chef's favorite! A white meringue icing. Also available in white chocolate.

French Butter Cream - Made from egg yolks and butter, creating rich flavor and a light yellow to beige shade of color.

Chocolate Butter Cream - A Swiss butter cream with chocolate coveture folded in.

Rolled Fondant - A powdered sugar frosting that creates the perfectly smooth finish. A favorite among brides.
