Shadows Ranch is responsible for set up and maintenance of all alcoholic beverages that will be served during any event. Many combinations of host bars (charged to the wedding couple as hosts) or cash bars (paid over the counter by the guests) are available.

The bar type/types will be determined 10-14 days before the event, and a deposit will be made by the couple at that time only if they have chosen to host the bar.

The deposit will be determined according to the number of guests and the type of bars chosen. Host bar cost is determined by the number of drinks served. Prices are quoted at the time of booking.

For 2005, prices are as follows:

Cocktails for Premium Bar: $6.00

Wine: $5.00

Premium Beer: $4.00

Well cocktails: $5.00

Budweiser and Coors: $3.00

Full Champagne Toast Service--glasses and Korbel Champagne: $24.00 per bottle

Soft drinks, iced tea, and lemonade during the event: $75.00 per 100 guests

Bartender - $20/ hour

No kegs. No alcohol free weddings because guests will bring their own which breaks Colorado liquor laws

*Mixers, ice, glassware, and bar bussing staff are included in the per drink prices.*
