How do we ski in and out of the Hacienda?
100 yards away is a start-off point from which you can ski into the Peak 8 Base Area. You
can ski directly into the back of the Hacienda. See our Hacienda ski-in/ski-out map.
- What kind of transportation is available?
Bus and shuttle service is available two blocks away on Ski Hill Road.
- Is there a hot tub?
There is a large outdoor hot tub and a small dry sauna.
- Is there a fireplace?
There are three gas fireplaces: One in the living room/dining room, one in the den, and
one in the master bedroom.
- Is there a pool table?
Foosball and other games are available in the game room. A volley ball court is
located in the back yard.
- Is there a deck off any of the rooms?
The house has six decks and an observation deck.
- What is the kitchen arrangement?
There are two kitchens, both fully equipped with all cooking necessities (pots, pans,
dishes, blenders etc.). A gas barbeque is located on the deck adjoining the kitchen.
- Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. The house is fully supplied with ample linens and towels.
- Does the house have a washer and dryer?
The house has two washers and four dryers.
- Are housekeepers provided?

An automobile is necessary and we recommend four-wheel drive.

An outdoor hot tub is nestled on a deck among the trees of the National Forest
alongside a roaring stream.
- Is there a fireplace?
There are two woodburning fireplaces; one in the living room and one in the den, and
two gas fireplaces; one in the dining room and one in the master bedroom.
- Is there a pool table?
Pool tables and video games are available in Breckenridge. The house provides books,
table games and videos.
- Is there a deck off any of the rooms?
The house is surrounded by decks, some with the roaring stream running under them.
Privacy from the decks and hot tub is provided by house being on five private acres.

Stoneybrook has a large gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessities
(pots, pans, dishes, blender, breadmaker). In addition, a gas barbeque is located on deck
adjacent to kitchen.

Both are adjacent to house (2 minute walk).

Many restaurants and businesses are within walking distance. In addition, local
transit systems provide transportation to all major facilities. Another nearby bus stop
provides access to the ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin. If you
want to explore outside these areas, you might want a car.
- Is there a hot tub?
Snow Spruce is adjacent to a heated pool and three hot tubs.
- Is there a fireplace?
Snow Spruce has two gas fireplaces, upstairs and downstairs.

Pool tables and an arcade are located a short distance away in Breckenridge. The house
